3 & 4Irwin Schiff has to update his books and seminar tapes based upon changes in the law and changes in IRS procedures - he does this via a series of "The Schiff Audio Reports." Each series comes with at least 6 one-hour tapes and a number of supporting documents. Mr. Schiff is currently working on Series 7. Most of the important material from Reports 1-4 are incorporated in the video and cassette seminars. However, many people find certain aspects of series 3 & 4 unique and informative - so we make them available at a substantially lower price.  Series 5An extremely important Series. Many people contact us who have filed traditional returns and are already in trouble with the IRS on a variety of grounds. This Series will make it easier for those people to extract themselves from these problems. The Series covers step by step procedures for eliminating IRS audits even for those who have filed traditional returns or who have filed no returns at all - since the IRS may claim that non-filers had taxable income they failed report. Towards the end of this Series, Congress passed a new law as a result of the highly publicized, 1997 Senate investigation of the IRS. This new law makes it legally impossible for the IRS to seize property - a power the IRS never had anyway. However, this law, if you know how to use it - actually bars all IRS seizures. However, both the IRS and the courts are trying to ignore and evade this law. This Series shows you how to initiate the procedures to take advantage of this new law.

6Covers State income taxes and why they are all illegal and how to deal with them. Tape 1, actually contains a tape recording of an actually hearing Mr. Schiff had at the IRS before two senior IRS revenue agents. In 1998, the IRS had sent him an IRS summons demanding that he turn over all of his books and records to the IRS covering a nunber of years. Mr. Schiff went to that IRS summons hearing and proved that IRS agents had no authority to see his books and records. Mr. Schiff did not turn over one piece of paper - and to this day the IRS has done nothing about it Tape 1 contains the documents that Schiff used to turn those IRS agents into jelly fish. The bottom line is, Mr Schiff literally told the IRS what they could do with their summons. By following Mr. Schiff's procedures, you can do the same thing. Tape 1 of Series 6 is alone worth the price of the entire Series 6. Series 6 also covers how to file amended returns, how to deal with State income taxes as well as how to deal with the IRS' attempt to circumvent those new laws, 26 USC 6320 and 6330. 7Mr. Schiff's latest series. As of this posting, it consists of 3 tapes. Three more will follow. However it includes a most significant finding - a document that actually allows you confront any IRS Revenue Officer and quickly prove he has no authority to seize your property. And it is IRS Revenue Officers who do the (illegal) seizing for the IRS. There is also extensive material on how to sue the Government in the event IRS agent illegally attempt to gain your property by forfeiture. Mr. Schiff's earlier procedures are designed to prevent the IRS from getting this far. Many people have not paid income taxes for 20 year using Mr. Schiff procedures and have had no problems.
