The Young Independent American Party of Nevada
denounces U.S. District Judge Lloyd D. George as nothing more than a tyrant and
a traitor to his homeland.
One such example is U.S. District Judge Lloyd D. George's ruling to ban Irwin Schiff's "The Federal Mafia: How It Illegally Imposes and Unlawfully Collects Income Taxes." Justice (and we use that term lightly with a heavy dose of sarcasm) George stated, "There is no protection ... for speech or advocacy that is directed toward producing imminent lawless action..." It's quite amazing that a man who has never read the tax code in its entirety can so easily make a ruling stating that Schiff's book produces "lawless action."
In a country where "Mein Kampf," "The Communist Manifesto," and "The Anarchist's Cookbook" can be found at any major book store it seems to be a bit of a double standard not to allow the sale of Schiff's book.
Does a person have to be dead in order to be heard in this country? Or are those who oppose Federal Income Tax more of a threat to the American ideal than Nazis, Communists, and Anarchists?
Those of us who were lucky enough to go through school before our history was bleached clean of controversy by the politically correct (read as "spineless milk toasts" or "convictionally deficient") might remember that the fanatical group of rebels that founded this nation also had a bit of a bone to pick with the tax system of the day.
If all documents came under the same ridiculous scrutiny of Justice (again with sarcasm) George's ruling we might find it difficult to purchase a copy of the "Declaration of Independence" as statements like, "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security," do little more than "[produce] imminent lawless action."
The bottom line is that free speech is free speech. No one is forcing anyone to read or follow Schiff's advice. There's no rule that says someone has to be right to exercise free speech (just look at Justice George). The Young Independent American Party of Nevada denounces U.S. District Judge Lloyd D. George as nothing more than a tyrant and a traitor to his homeland. This is just another action by the "cult of the black robe" to ensure that all of us continue to pay our tithes to their wretched, wicked, and diabolical order. Despite the ills of works like "Mein Kampf" they don't endanger the purse strings of the Church of Judicial Activism which must be why its still on the book shelves and Schiff's book isn't.
Judge Lloyd D. George's message is clear, "Shut up and do what you're told or the speech police will come after you."
